Need recommendations for Wireless mouse with 3 button or mouse wheel click to scroll feature around 700

I am currently using logitech M235 wireless mouse. The middle mouse wheel clicks but doesn't turn into double headed arrow pointer which lets me scroll up and down way faster than regular scroll wheel.
I remember using this feautre on basic HCL wired mouse on a windows 7 machine.
I was not sure if microsoft got rid of this feautre on win 10.
Some online member said their mice had that feature on win 10 and 11.

I am gonna buy a new wireless mouse now priced around Rs.700 and I don't wanna buy the wrong mouse.

So, I want recommendations from people who are currently using mice with the mouse wheel click to scroll feature.

Its not working on my chrome browser and it hasn't in a long time.
Also I remember a time when I use to click on a link with middle button it would open the page in new tab, good times.
what mouse do u use?
