Need Power Bank & Battery

Hi,
I need a power bank for my mobile and other gadgets.
I checked Mi site but only 10000mAh Mi Power Bank 2i available @799.
No stock for other two variants.
I have no idea regarding pros and cons of those power banks.
So please help me chose right one.
Do I need separate fast charger to charge power bank ?
If YES,please suggest that one to
Also I need AA or 14500 battery/rechargeable battery+charger(which ever is economical for daily use) for my LED torch.
I need within a week.
I can but from online or offline(Chandni,Kolkata).
Please suggest me with online link/deal or local physical store name/location.
I can spent max 2K for all above but item must be reliable for daily life use.

10000mAh @799/- man go ahead and order. It is a decent powerbank with which you can recharge your gadgets worry free. No, you do not need fast charger to charge the power bank. Charge it with any charger or using the USB cable and if your phone supports fast/turbo charge then it will be charged in that manner only.
No idea about battery.

Sadly that 10000mAh power currently out of stock.
Checked few online store and found that 14500 rechargeable batteries are very costly.
