Need new phone. Budget - 30k

I am looking to buy a new phone around 30k.
Will S7 be a good choice? It will be on sale on flipkart for 30k today. (Not the s7 edge)
My main priority is Good CAMERA.
Or should I go for Oneplus 5 or some other models?

1. Budget? 30k
2. Display type and size? 5-5.5
3. Dual sim? Yes
4. Preferred choice of brand? Any - not looking for apple
5. What camera option you want (flash, front facing camera)? Something with good focus / potrait mode
6. Preferred operating system? (Android, iOS, Windows Phone, etc). Android only
7. Preferred connectivity options (3G, 4G ready). 4g
8. Primary use of handset (multimedia, camera, internet, gaming etc)? Camera, internet
9. Any specific mobile phones in consideration? S7 / Oneplus 5?
10. Any other info that you want to share

If you aren't into custom roms or such tinkering stuff, get the S7 which arguably has the best camera IMO for the price.
