Need motherboard for my AM3 processor Phenom II X4 955 BE (max TDP 125 Watts). My budget is 5-6 K.

Asus m5a88. Or increase your budget and get an asus m5a97, asrock 970 extreme3, biostar ta970xe or gigabyte ga970 ud3

If you plan to use discrete graphics card, then buy Asus M5A97 or Gigabyte GA970 UD3.
Both costs ~6K
And if you plan to use IGP then buy Asus M5A88-M or Gigabyte 880GM-USB3.

You can go for GA 970 UD3 . It has good reviews and good OCing capability.
M5A97 and M5A88M are also good boards.
