Need monitor suggestions at various budgets

Hi. i want to knwo the best available monitors at the mentioned budgets. I'll not be buying them; I'm asking only for information.

Budgets:

1. Bare minimum.
2. ~5k
3. ~7k
4. ~9k
5. ~12k
6. ~18k
7. 18.1-25k
8. best thing money can get

If you feel there are too many budgets mentioned, suggest for as many you know.

Is the dell ultra-sharp monitor for 24" really worth it in terms of picture quality, I am not asking about others features like connectivity or inbuilt speakers or maybe looks. I am just concerned about picture quality. I am asking this because we can get 24" ips monitors for ~14000 also with good picture quality.

what about considering after warranty service ? i heard dell refuses to repair monitor after warranty is expired ?
