Mainstream; 15" - 16" screen


3) What are the primary tasks you will be performing with this notebook?
Programming, Light photoshop and video editing, heavy multitasking and web browsing

5) Any typical configuration in your mind you're eying for ?
Atleast 5th gen i3, 4GB RAM, 7200rpm drive

4) Are there any brands that you prefer or any you really don't like?
No preference

6) Anything else you would like to say?
It will be good if it comes without Windows preinstalled
Screen resolution ( 768p (HD) / 900p / 1080p (Full HD) )-Higher the better
Battery back up ( normal (3-4hrs) / extended (5-7hrs) )--Higher the better
Purchase place ( Online (eg - flipkart, infibeam) / Local / Abroad (do mention the country) )- Online

6th Gen intel laptops are close but don't know whether they will be in my budget or not.

I saw these laptops and others too. There are so many laptops with such similar configurations. That's why I asked this question here to know the best laptop among them.

Oh OK very sorry if I made you more confused . even I saw many laptops but in all in budget these 3 laptops come so currently stuck between these three .

BTW you will need 8GB ram if you are like me who open lot of file , chrome tabs and switching between lot .

There are so many stupid companies who still make laptop with ancient configuration like 1366 x768 resolution with worst viewing angle, 2 gb ram slow hard disk, they all need to realise it's 2015 mobile are already hitting them harder with sales and better hardware, hope something good will happen and new laptops with better specs start coming in market
