Broken In
I would advise you to have a look at :

1. Samsung NP550P5C-S04IN (more vfm)
2. Lenovo z500

The samsung one is far superior than the z500.

BTW what kinda programming you want to do?

^Dont you think that one exceeds your budget by a huge margin?

The only difference you get for spending such a large amount is 2 more gigs of Ram and i5 has well processor.

Also, that HP laptop has gt 740m which is quite inferior to gt650m. The screen resolution in HP one is also lower than the Samsung one; the former with a 768p screen and the latter with 900p.
