Please tell me the nvidia 740m in z510 is based on which chipset? Gk107 or Gk208? Also is there any problem if i buy from snapdeal?

Depends. Do you want the 2 year extended warranty above the 1 year full coverage one? Online you can only get that from WS Retail (Flipkart). Additionally, you cannot purchase that two year extended warranty for your laptop either (I asked Lenovo service.)
