I am following the steps shared by Appinsider but when i plugged the USB to Windows PC, it says no boot device found.
Manually select usb as boot device by selecting it from your mobo bios boot options.

I did change the boot order in BIOS and set USB as the first booting media. What do you mean "failed to create installation USB"? The ISO file is downloaded from Microsoft website

^^Maybe that creation process was somehow not completed correctly.
