1. What is the purpose of the computer? What all applications and games are you going to run? (Stupid answers like 'gaming' or 'office work' will not work. Be exact. Which games? Which applications? Avoid the word 'et cetera.')
Ans: Gaming(DotA, bannerlord, Assassin's creed origins, gta5. Also whatever new games come up, usually graphic heavy). Minor game and module development (unity 3d, visual studio)

2. What is your overall budget? If you can extend a bit for a more balanced configuration, then mention this too.
Ans: about 85-90k including monitor

3. Planning to overclock?
Ans: yes

4. Which Operating System are you planning to use?
Ans: windows 10

5. How much hard drive space is needed?
Ans: 1TB

6. Do you want to buy a monitor? If yes, please mention which screen size and resolution do you want. If you already have a monitor and want to reuse it, again mention the size and resolution of monitor you have.
Ans: need to buy monitor (1080p) atleast 22 inchea

7. Which components you DON'T want to buy or which components you already have and plan on reusing?
Ans: no component to reuse

8. When are you planning to buy the system?
Ans: Feb 2018

9. Have you ever built a desktop before or will this be done by an assembler?
Ans: have built before. Can do by myself

10. Where do you live? Are you buying locally? Are you open to buying stuff from online shops if you don't get locally?
Ans: Bangalore. Open to buying online. Whatever is cheaper.

11. Anything else which you would like to say?
Ans: have heard ryzen processor is very good right now. Would love to use it if possible.

I just want to point out some modifications from above suggestion.
R5 1600 is available for 16400 in both mdcomputers and primeabgb. 2 additional cores is much much better.
16 GB of 3000 mhz ram for Rs 14000 is absolutely a bad deal. Go for a cheaper RAM, OC yourself. Or go for a 8 GB stick for now, and upgrade to 16 when the RAM prices have stabilized.
Take a look at CM Masterwatt 600 lite, atleast based on internal components, is ahead of it's competitors. But going for Corsair has it's fair share of benefits (AKA awesome service)
Go for Samsung 850 EVO, 250 GB, 5 years warranty and slightly cheaper. Although its 25 GB less (? unsure if its actually 275 GB)
Crucial MX300 SSD Comparisons & Benchmarks
Cooler master MasterSet isnt a mechanical keyboard, dont go for a half arsed mem-chanical keyboard after spending 5500. Save up more for HyperX Alloy FPS/Elite or go with Logitech K840/G413. Redgear Invader comes with Kailh blue switches which are basically Cherry MX replicas, its a good choice but I dont like the design, but its upto you to buy.
Dont go for cheap speakers, get better ones later (or dont get them at all, buy a 3500 headphone)

If you want to play the waiting game (which you totally should !, B series intel mobos coming soon and rumored possibility of i5 8500)
Also, Ryzen+
