Need help in buying this new build

I am planning to buy a new high end Gaming Build so based on most commonly asked questions..

Q1 What will you be doing with this PC? Gaming? Photoshop? Web browsing? etc
A1
a) Gaming,
b) I am an IT professional so I will do programming specially I will use Virtual PC in which I will install Windows 2003 or 2008 server having Visual Studio 2010, SQL Server and MS Sharpoint. Thats why I've mentioned 16GB RAM

Q2 What's your budget? Are tax and shipping included?
A2 I can extend my budget to 2000US$

Q3 If reusing any parts, what parts will you be reusing? Please be especially specific about the power supply. List make and model.
A3 I will be reusing PSU and Case

Q4 Will you be overclocking?
A4 Heavily

Q5 What is the max resolution of your monitor? What size is it?
A5 Gaming @ 2560 X 1600 resolution has always been my my dream. However I can adjust with 2560 X 1440 resoltion

Q6 When do you plan on building/buying the PC?
A6 Next Month

Q7 What features do you need in a motherboard? RAID? Firewire? Crossfire or SLI support? USB 3.0? SATA 6Gb/s? eSATA? Onboard video (as a backup or main GPU)? UEFI? etc.
A7 All. Onboard Video \ Integrated graphic is something which is an additional point. Its not a need. The only case I will use integrated graphic is if my GPU goes for a toss, I can use the Integrated graphic to test the rig

Q8 Do you already have a legit and reusable/transferable OS key/license? If yes, what OS? Is it 32bit or 64bit?
A8 No.

This is the best config I can look in market.

1) CPU: Core i7 3770K
2) Mobo: ASUS P8 Z77 V
3) GPU: GTX 670 or HD7970. But I want one with a NON-REFERENCE fan with Good overclocking potential. Because these cards with reference fan simply sux
4) RAM: 16 GB Dual Channel 1600-2166 MHz G-SKill Ripjoaw or Corsair Vengence
5) HDD: WD Cavier Black 1TB
6) Heat Sink: Corsair H80
8) PSU: Corsair A850 or H850
9) Case: Corsair Graphite Series or Corsair 650D
10) Display: Apple Cinema Display 27 or Dell U2713

How much will it overall cost in Delhi, and if plan to buy this whole thing within Oct instead of now, will its price decline?

Thanks in Advance

check your budget dude, it says 2000K ~ 20 Lakhs (isn't it little bit too high)
HDD 1GB (little too big)
:p :p

well as for the gpu
i would suggest go asus gtx 670 DC2T will cost around 29K
i'm also planning on purchasing the same..

and as of others
i7 - 3770K : 22k
asus p8z77 v : 16k
RAM: 9.5K
hdd: 8.5K
heat sink: 6.2K

no idea about the display sorry...
and i thought you don't need psu and cabinet.

and ya in local shops you can find these component for less also just need to bargain ... :p

2000US$. I won't mess with my current build as it is still running great. So I will use it as a back up rig, therefore won't mess with PSU and case. I think Corsair AX 750 should be sufficient for this config

At 2560*1600 hd7970 is significantly faster than a gtx670.
There are plenty of options for hd 7970.Sapphire hd7970 OC edition overclocks 1250MHz+ according to many reviews.

U want a 1GB HDD ???

Unfortunately I don't have a choice. After the flood in thailand the prices of HDDs are still high. I would always love to go for 2TB HDD but its prices are almost double and I don't like WD Cavier Green HDDs that are slow.

Within few months once I have more money I will buy Crucial m4 256GB SSDs

you still don't get it...
it should be 1TB not 1GB

and ya as vkl said its better to have hd7970 at that resolution
it will cost you around 32k with custom cooler
as a suggestion just go with any good custom cooler hd7970 and then overclock it ... they overclock like crazy... :p

and as of psu
corsair ax850 will cost around 12k
and case 10.5K

cheers!

I accidentally wrote 1GB instead of 1TB. How much will Corsair AX750, HX750 and Seasonic 750 cost in Delhi? Is Corsair 650D case available in Delhi?

Dude .. Apple Cinema Display 27" is awesome !!! If you can afford, Just go for it !!!!!!!!!!!!
Yes I know it might cost around 55K. Otherwise I always have the option of new Dell 2713 which is way cheaper than Cinema Display and is a good display

ya for like 100k!

I know this high end rig will not cost less than 100K. But there are some components I can buy next month example
1) SSD
2) Corsair H80 heat sink
3) In fact ASUS P8Z77 V mobo has Integrated grapgic so I can can gather some more money and get goot 7970 GPU next month.
4) Thermal Paste from Arctic Silver AS 300

I know this thing very well. Will never use integrated graphic for gaming. In fact I won't game without overclocking, and in order to overclock I need that heat sink and thremal paste.
I can't buy this entire thing with one month salary. So I have to wait for next month to get these stuffs.

How much will the thermal paste Arctic Silver 5 cost in Delhi?

Since most of the local shops in Nehru place don't have such high end solutions. Will this thermal paste be available in SMC or Computer Empire?

I will suggest you to make a basic rig for the time being and then upgrade to the Apple Monitor after some collection :p.
Get the RAM, CPU, HDD, GPU, Mainboard, Cabby and PSU now nd get the monitor next month if you have an old one lying around.

It is true that the Apple Monitors sell for around some 100k but are completely worth it ! When you pair Apple with the 7970 DC2 and OC it, i.e. Unleash the beast, you will get what we call a monster. Your motherboard goes all right keeping in mind that you want to make an Ultimate Rig and Will compliment its looks alongwith the cabinet i.e. 650D.

The CPU you have chosen is having a lot of gaming and rendering potential and runs Virual Machines with real ease and I see that you are a OC freak and are purchasing Water Cooler i.e. Corsair H80 but take my advise and keep it for the second month and use the stock cooler for the first or until the money collects up.

Investing in a better motherboard is what you should consider, I never said your motherboard is bad or has issues but just to consider as an option I say spen a little more to get ASUS MAXIMUS V GENE as it has mSATA, Clear CMOS and POWER bottons and an extra USB 3.0 while lacks WiFi.

Although, it depends upon priorities.

Check a comparisio or read the July issue of Digit.

For RAM, Get RipjawsX, super good RAM.. That's all :)
