need help for android mobile

i have android mobile motorola quench xt5 . recently i tried to upgrade my rom but it failed so i restored my backup.
Now problwm i m facing is that , the mobile modem is NOT GETTING DETECTED IN PC , in MOBILE INTERNET works fine..When i start in recovery mode it detects modem but connection doesnt start.
I tried to factory reset too but it doesnt solve the problem . PLEASE REPLY

why not try flashing a custom rom as you are already have custom recovery loaded.

i tried cynogen z71 v6 to upgrade to froyo i.e android 2.2 earlier my version was 2.1
even this doesnt fix the problem....? please help

i have upgraded my mobile to cynogen mod v6 its android 2.2 earlier it was 2.1
but still problem is same..please help...u know any good mods..my mobile comes in z71 category

Then y not do a Flash the original firmware or give it to the Service center, they will do it for you in no time. Cheers.

Eureka !!! Turanimo !!!! I got my modem back...net is gettng connctd in pc thru mobile.......cheers cheers ...just dont forget one thing service center ppl are noobs , u r the specialist...so troubleshoot urself.....

Service center people will make it worse and charge u more without doing anything
