Need help buying a Laptop ?

i want to buy a laptop & have narrowed my search to these three:

dell inspiron 1420 (with discreet graphics option)

hp dv6600(with memory upgraded to at least 2gb)

what are your views?? i like dell better but its got only 128mb graphics memory which is unlikely to be sufficient(considering future times = some light gaming). please help!

Just a caution, I had purchased Lenovo 2 months back, after installing Vista, it started hanging, I found, Nvidia card in laptop doesnt support Aero theme of Vista. Please ensure laptop you purchase is fully compatible with Vista if u plan to install Vista.
