Need Full hd led monitor

Hi Folks

I am having 3 year old PC with AMD Quad 945 phenom II processor and and ATI 5770 1 gb graphics Card.
I use pc for playing FIFA 13 and movies.

Please suggest 20"-22"slim led monitor under 8k apart from Dell s220l And also whether full hd would be an overkill since I think my configuration doesn't Support.

If you want an LED IPS panel then Dell S2240L @8700 is best but if you are satisfied with LED TN panel then BenqGW2255 @8200 is your best bet. (Both are 21.5" panels)

Thanks yaar. How about Samsung? Because most of the retailers will have it
