i7 8700 is a bit of overkill for a HD medium gaming
Till when you are planning to use this setup?

Malaysia prices should be lower than India. Also no idea about how good RMA services of different brands are over there compared to India so check that too. i7 8700 is overkill for your usage but if you have the money to get it then your choice.

For mobo you can refer this Z370 mobo tier list & pick up any model based on Malaysia prices & RMA of brand there:

Any Ram 3000MHz or above will be fine but try to get C15 or C14 timing ram if they are not much costlier than usual C16 timing ram.

If Z370F is not much costlier than H370-F then go for Z370-F.
Get 3200Mhz over 2666MHz if you are getting Z370-F.
If you can manage with 250GB then go with 970 else 860 Evo will be good enough.
