need advice on new processor, motherboard and RAM

hi everyone, my earlier motherboard died about a week back. so i was contemplating buying a new mobo (that means a new processor and RAM too, as the current ones are unsupported). i know i could go with some old mobos still available in the market, but RMA would cause a problem. so, could you guys suggest a few possible options for processor, motherboard and RAM. the other components are good. it would be mostly for gaming, movies, music and some basic photo editing.
my current rig is mentioned in my sig.

Do u really want to replace your cpu and all just for the faulty motherboard?

You can still easily get LGA775 Motherboards, with warranty. Example:
GIGABYTE GA-G41M-Combo LGA 775 Intel G41 Micro ATX Intel Motherboard | eBay

Better save for a Super-charged New RIG, in the future, even for todays standards your rig is pretty decent in power, and serves all your purposes.

Yeah, your rig is really good. Dont spend more money. just buy a mobo.

i WILL go for the gigabyte G41M combo , if my current mobo cannot be repaired at all. let's see what happens.....
