Hey guys please help me getting a stylish, light and with good battery life laptop(need to travel with it)
for my friend. I am gonna purchase within a week. plz its urgent.


1) What is your budget? 35~37k


2) What size & weight consideration (if any) would you prefer?

Mainstream; 15" - 16" screen

3) Are there any brands that you prefer or any you really don't like?
a. Like: All Brands except
b. Dislike: Acer, Toshiba, zenith.


4) What are the primary tasks will you be performing with this notebook?
Show off, Watching Movies, Internet Browsing and some Office Work in MS Office.

5) What screen resolution(s) & type (glossy/matte) would you prefer? glossy is ok but matte is preferred.
Standard resolution 1366 x 768 Pixel

6) Anything else you would like to say? (eg: local purchase, ASS,matte/glossy finish)
He is going to purchase from Nagpur. Please suggest some shops. Otherwise i can go for online shopping too.

First decide what you want. A laptop with good battery or light weight?
I suggested 4 cell, non DVD ROM ultrabook because it is lighter.

Samsung NP300E5X-S01IN is proper laptop (not ultrabook) weighs 2.3kg and provide battery life of over 5 hours in eco mode. But you will not get the onsite warranty with accidental damage cover like hp laptops.

^^i have already mentioned my requirement in the first post. And according to you i cannot get both battery and lightweight. And last thing ,i want a laptop with 15.6" screen.

I am already suggesting you. Both these laptops are of 15.6" screen.

Overall I think Samsung NP300E5X-S01IN would be the perfect choice because of just 200g more weight but over 5 hours of battery in eco mode.
