Hi Friends.
I need a system to run a VMWare setup with a erp server installed on to it. It will require atleast 16GB of RAM to run without eating up all the RAM.
I have tried running this setup on a Intel G2020 with 8GB of RAM and faced a lot of problem with 100% cpu usage and 0 mb of free RAM.
At any given point of time there will be one windows 7 and one VMWare setup with MS 2012 server edition, running a ERP server along with 2 database servers.
before selecting my PC components i did some research on the VMWare forums and they all suggested to go with 4790K.
I already have Seagate Baracuda 1TB, WD black 1 TB, Sandisk Extreme II 480 GB.

1. What is the purpose of the computer? What all applications and games are you going to run? (Stupid answers like 'gaming' or 'office work' will not work. Be exact. Which games? Which applications? Avoid the word 'et cetera.')
Ans: As stated above.

2. What is your overall budget? If you can extend a bit for a more balanced configuration, then mention this too.
Ans: 60K

3. Planning to overclock?
Ans: Maybe later, depending on the processor load.

4. Which Operating System are you planning to use?
Ans: Windows 7 64 bit

5. How much hard drive space is needed?
Ans: 1 TB

6. Do you want to buy a monitor? If yes, please mention which screen size and resolution do you want. If you already have a monitor and want to reuse it, again mention the size and resolution of monitor you have.
Ans: Nope, already have Dell IN2030M

7. Which components you DON'T want to buy or which components you already have and plan on reusing?
Ans: Seagate Baracuda 1TB, WD black 1 TB, Sandisk Extreme II 480 GB, Sapphire Radeon HD 7770 GHz Edition 1GB Video Card, Keyboard and Logitech G402 Hyperion Fury USB Mouse (Black).

8. When are you planning to buy the system?
Ans: one week from now.

9. Have you ever built a desktop before or will this be done by an assembler?
Ans: Yes, I have built and assembled 5 systems so far.

10. Where do you live? Are you buying locally? Are you open to buying stuff from online shops if you don't get locally?
Ans: Mumbai, India. First preference is buying locally. Open for online also.

11. Anything else which you would like to say?
Ans: I have the following configuration in mind:
Intel Core i7-4790K 4.0GHz Quad-Core Processor - 22500
Cooler Master Hyper 212 Plus 76.8 CFM Sleeve Bearing CPU Cooler -2750
Gigabyte GA-H97M-D3H Micro ATX LGA1150 Motherboard - 8750
Kingston Fury Black Series 8GB (2 x 8GB) DDR3-1866 Memory - 8300
Deepcool TESSERACT BF - 2750
SeaSonic S12II 620W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply - 5750
Total - 50800
These prices were quoted by my local dealer.
Please advice if they are correct prices. I can save a few bucks if i go with MSI Z97 PC Mate@ 7800.

Thank You.

I already have a 20" monitor, so please exclude the monitor from the list.
I might need the 2 RAM slots for future upgrades. Might have to upgrade my card in the future so is 520W enough?

the rig you have selected is fine, just replace the i7 with Xeon 1246 if you dint want to overclock. If you want to overlook, replace the mono with MSI Z97 PC Mate
