Need a phone in 15k price range

I need a phone in 15k range or below. My top priorities are: (in order)
1)camera
2)music
3)performance
And i don't want a Samsung or any Windows phone .

Camera quality is quite good, for a 9k phone . it says it has a Sony Exmor sensor, maybe that is the reason.

31-32k in AnTuTu, beating Nexus 4 and Optimus G by 5-6k margin. 64 bit SD615 in 9k and you're saying performance won't be as good as Lumia 730?

quite agree!!
Camera and Battery are unmatched on 730!!none of the phones upto 20k come close in these aspects

Yureka is giving ~2 days of battery life with 5-6 hours of on screen time.
