Need a New Laptop - Work + Light Gaming - Budget within 40K

I want a new laptop for work & gaming purpose. Games played by me - Fifa, Cricket.

3) What are the primary tasks will you be performing with this notebook?

Work (PLC Programming, Microsoft Office) & Light gaming (Fifa, Cricket)

At present I am using DELL Inspiron 15 N5050 with Core i3 2350M, 4GB RAM, 500GB HDD, Win7.
