i would suggest you make it 13k and buy a sapphire r9 270x. i bought that one a few days back. although i had to buy from flipkart at a price or 13.9 k . i am sure if you live in any metro city you can get one nearing 13k.

R9 270 is about 10% more powerful than GTX 750 Ti.. You have the right PSU, why are you worried about electricity bills
