Need a motherboard+processor around 7-10k

guys my friend is in a need of a motherboard and processor.His budget is strictly under 10k.He does a little gaming and wants to have a PCI-e slot.Please help.

his only option is to go for the AMD A-series config with 2Gb ram or with AMD A6 3500 @ 4108
