I have seen HP Envy ultrabook (13.3") for about 55k during big sales in flipkart (check amazon as well). Expect next big sale near Aug 15.

It's specs included i5 8250U, 8GB RAM & 256GB SSD.

Check for deals in Asus S510 too with i5 8250U, 8GB RAM & 1TB HDD (preferably without GPU). It has an M.2 slot for SSD, add it later for a massive speed boost. Even a 128GB SSD is enough for OS & other apps. Clone OS to it (google it).

@anupam_pb I am skeptical regarding build quality of Asus. I looked into S14 in a local shop and though it is metal-body but still its keyboard chassis felt flimsy upon pressing the buttons.

Asus S series aren't meant to be premium devices. They are priced at $600-700 in US & doesn't have great build quality as that budget is considered mid range. Asus has Zenbook series of ultrabook for great build quality, but those start at $750 (₹70k+ here). You may think 60k is a lot & sure it is but it's not like you have better options in India.
