Thank a lot bssunireddy for the link.
It would be great if someone could give advice on the reliability of the links below.

1) I found the same laptop on ebay with a lower cost: Acer Aspire A515-51G Corei5 8thGen 4GB,1TB HDD DOS, 2GBGraph 15.6" Scrn with GST | eBay
Is it reliable? (The seller has 99.3% Positive feedback)
The only difference is instead of LINUX it has DOS operating system. In both cases, I am going to erase the pre-installed operating system and then install Windows 10.
Also, the clock speed is 1.6 GHz (with Turbo Boost Upto 3.4 GHz). Is it slow?

2) As I need Windows 10, I searched for a cheap license key of Windows 10.
I found this: GENUINE WINDOWS 10 PRO 32 / 64BIT OEM ORIGINAL LICENSE KEY SCRAP PC | eBay Mobile
Is it reliable? (There is no warranty for this item.)

3) I also need MS Office 2016.
I found this: Office Professional Plus 2016 - 1 Device / LIFETIME VALIDITY | eBay Mobile
Is it reliable?

4) There is no CD/DVD drive (optical drive) in the laptop. So, I need to buy an external one.
I found this: *www.amazon.in/Dell-DW316-USB-DVD-R...3&sr=1-1&keywords=Dell+DW316+USB+DVD-RW+Drive
Is it reliable?

Best laptop for gaming with 8th gen i5 & nvidia MX150 gfx card but no original win 10.

Best value for money laptop with 2 years warranty,FHD screen & original win 10,920MX gfx should be enough for Diablo III plus you can use the saved money to upgrade hdd to ssd which then will blow away any laptop with hdd in similiar/higher price range.

1.Avoid ebay,in fact I recommend avoiding online buying for laptops unless absolutely necessary(e.g.some gaming laptops are exclusively online & cashback offers of 10k then go for it).It seems you are in Mumbai so visit Lamington road or nearby brand authorized showrooms. It also helps with special warranty offers.

2. & 3. Avoid buying "cheap MS product licenses". These licenses may be genuine but they are not supposed to be sold to public(aka some company volume license key or some educational institution license meant for students). In either case the money you give is not going to MS so why give it in the first place. At least MS pay taxes on their income but the guy you are paying to will most probably pay no taxes on this.If you really want to spend money for your "conscience" then I suggest donating it to some registered genuine charity/PM relief fund etc(you get some tax benefit plus it actually helps people). If you really want office then try Office 365 1 year subscription family pack with 5 accounts, its main advantage is 1TB MS one drive space per account so basically you are getting 5TB of space for just Rs.4200/year(very good backup option for someone with lots of data & a high speed internet connection).

4.No need to spend extra on something that is rarely used now-a-days,get this instead:

I suggest buying offline unless it is absolutely not possible. Also Acer is very strict about upgrading so if you feel like increasing ram or getting ssd then do it at the time of purchase itself or later only at their authorized service centre.Doing any upgrading by yourself will void warranty on any acer laptop.Purchase extended warranty & ADP(accidental damage protection,it covers scenarios like dropping of laptop breaking screen or hinge etc which is not covered by standard warranty) as it is worth it.
