Need a Laptop Under 40k with Graphics Card

Hello Everyone,
I am planning to buy a laptop under 40k.

Basic Specs:
2nd Generation Core I5.
4GB RAM
Graphics Card is a must.
HDD>320GB

Other Details:
1) Budget < 40k
2) Notebook Size-> 14”
3) Location: India
4) Just have preference over Dell, Bad experience with Acer. Comfortable with any brand if it is trusted and will provide value for money.
5) Office work + Designing + Gaming (COD etc) + Movies etc
6) Location of the Laptop will vary on daily basis. Won’t be kept on a desk.
7) Good Battery Life.
8) Can go for online purchase as well.

Kindly suggest the same.

Thanks for the message.
Have gone through the customer reviews for ASUS and they are not so very good.
Alot many complained about the service provided even during the time of warranty!..

Hows the service offered by ASUS, any idea guys?
I dont want to experiment this laptop of mine..
Any other choices do i have?
