1. Processor AMD
2. Compatible MB... with inbuilt/dedicated graphics card, 4 slots for RAM, 2 slots for graphics card, supports 3.0 USB Slots
3. Graphics card which supports PCI Express 2.1 or higher
4. RAM 8GB

My budget is INR 35000-40000 not beyond that.
