Need a Gaming PC under 45k

Right off the assembly line
Greetings! Have been reading digit for a long time, finally decided to involve with the community. I need a gaming(?) PC in price range of 40-45k.

1. What is the purpose of the computer? What all applications and games are you going to run? (Stupid answers like 'gaming' or 'office work' will not work. Be exact. Which games? Which applications? Avoid the word 'et cetera.')
Ans: Playing Counter Strike : Global Offensive, Dota2, Smite. Playing and streaming Hearthstone.

2. What is your overall budget? If you can extend a bit for a more balanced configuration, then mention this too.
Ans: I am looking at a budget of 40k, but can extend to 45k.

3. Planning to overclock?
Ans: No

4. Which Operating System are you planning to use?
Ans: Windows 8.1

5. How much hard drive space is needed?
Ans: 1 TB (500gb is fine if it helps make space for other components).

6. Do you want to buy a monitor? If yes, please mention which screen size and resolution do you want. If you already have a monitor and want to reuse it, again mention the size and resolution of monitor you have.
Ans: Looking to buy a new one, 21-23". Again, can go to 19" to make space for other components.

7. Which components you DON'T want to buy or which components you already have and plan on reusing?
Ans: Mouse and Keyboard. I also don't think I need optical drive.

8. When are you planning to buy the system?
Ans: As soon as possible!

9. Have you ever built a desktop before or will this be done by an assembler?
Ans: Haven't done it, but I will try it for the first time. If it doesn't work, I will seek help of an assembler.

10. Where do you live? Are you buying locally? Are you open to buying stuff from online shops if you don't get locally?
Ans: Kutch, Gujarat. Willing to buy locally or online. Looking to get it as soon as possible so that will be a priority.

11. Anything else which you would like to say?
Ans: The most important purpose of this PC would be to play and stream Hearthstone for 12+ hours a day. I will be playing only limited other games such as Dota2, Smite and CS:GO. Although it is off topic, I would also take recommendation on Internet connection that supports streaming Hearthstone.

Thanks,
Tirth Mehta

OP this is the recommended build.

since you don't have a budget for a monitor. you can buy it later or extend your budget.

If you can't exceed your budget then go for
i3 4150 - 7400
GIGABYTE H81M-S1 - 3440 (Amazon)
Dell S2240L - 8200 (snapdeal)

Is Zotac GTX 960 absolutely essential? Can it be downgraded and still allow me to stream HS and play other games? I'm not looking to get massive fps, 60 is more than fine by me.

Do note that I won't be upgrading it.

Thanks, Tirth.

900 series is the latest and has good performance with reduced power consumption compared to older series. GTX 950 hasn't been released yet so its safe to go with GTX 960. It'll be enough for your requirements for 4-5 years and that's why Zotac is recommended for their 2+3 years warranty.

Okay, and is it fine to go for i3? Will it be able to stream HS?

And let's say I don't want to stream, how can the build be modified in that case?

Thanks
Tirth

The build mentioned by asciif00 (with monitor) costs about 53k if I order from Amazon and flipkart. Please either link the site from where the product can be bought for mentioned price or suggest a lower build.

Thanks, Tirth.

max007 and a_k_s_h_a_y- the price for 10,500 is quoted by a dealer from lamington. The Zotac card was available at snapdeal for 15,980 up untill last week, the prices have gone up since then. You can check my previous posts i have also given the link to it.
The Asus Strix 960 is still availabe at primeABGB for 16,500 but it shows out of stock, so hopefull you can get the card for 16,500 from other shops at lamington.
I have also mentioned prices of other parts please check it out.

OP - Just a request from my side, don't buy all the parts from a single site. Just go for the best prices from various sites, even sites like pcpartpicker.com don't suggest buying all the parts from a single website.
