Get Lenovo Y540 with 9750H and 1660Ti. If you are getting one with 512GB ssd (vs 256GB ssd + HDD), add the HDD later yourself. Undervolt it by 100mv easily on core and cache. If possible, repaste with NT-H1 or MasterMaker Nano (heard Kryonaut isn't suitable for >80°C).
RDR2 is poorly optimised.
Don't go for 1650 or 9300H or overpriced MSI laptops. Acer India is stupidly restrictive in terms of self upgrades and they void warranty for this.

Wait for big sales, maybe there will be one near Christmas New Year. Acer Predator Helios 300 with GTX 1660Ti & i5 was on sale for 80k, i7 version for 90k. Pretty good laptop with good thermals. 2 of my friends have it, both are happy with it. It does have better thermals than Y540 & also has CPU undervolt out of the box, even GPU OC when you enable turbo mode.

Con is lack of self upgrade, as goku said. Acer charges 500 for opening it & installing your component, also you need to visit their service center. They have a sticker at the bottom to restrict user upgrades or face voided warranty.

Y540 is surely the second-best option but on sale, Helios was cheaper & has RGB KB & 144Hz display, even for the i5 model (currently going for 88k at Flipkart).

+1

Here in India the Helios 300 is more vfm. Y540 is never gng to drop down as much as the Helios.

Between the two I would the pick the one that comes cheaper since they are both good laptops.

As Anupam suggested wait for a deal during Christmas New year. Even if there isn't a price reduction on the laptops there will be some decent credit card discounts.

Right off the assembly line
Get the Lenovo Legion Y540. It is your best bet right now. I see some people suggest you wait for Christmas sale to get Acer Predator series, but I don't think the price would come down enough to fit your budget. If you really do want the Acer Predator (with its CPU and Graphics card power), go for a version with a little less RAM. You can add in memory sticks later as and when the need arises.

There's a difference of night & day between 2018 & 2019 Helios 300 models, shit thermals vs extraordinary thermals. Don't post anything, do your research before suggesting. Helios 300 2019 was indeed selling for 80k & 90k respectively on big sales as I already said earlier.
