need a bike under 80 k in mumbai

hey i need a bike within 80 k in mumbai--basically its my brother who needs it.it would be great if you guys can suggest as i have my exams right now and really cant dig all the information.
one of my friend suggested me-
1--avenger 200 cc
2-- Yamaha Frazer
3-- Apache 180 rtr
4--pulsar 200

really would be great if any of you can help me out--with pros and cons

What i meant was the overall length of the bike is very long and considering that it can be a big headache maneuvering it in the traffic conditions of any city.. but it is so damn comfortable that I didn't had any problem driving it from Chandigarh to Manali...

Pulsar 220 is available for around 70k in Mumbai and surrounding areas..

Apache 180 good but I my friend have it there is power but overall I don't like it very much... I would definately recommend P220 awesome bike!!!

I have FZ-S it is a good bike really good till 0-100 after that it lags... it is a city bike..
