Need 2 Laptops ????

Guys help me

Laptop 1: under 45 k
Laptop 2: under 30 k

HP,Dell, Lenova are my preferences.
No more extending my budgets. both the laptops are for entertainment ( movies, songs ) and some MS office works.
I prefer both to have a core i3 / core i5 processor

and also have a doubt that if i have core i5 processor ..will the softwares that run in windows XP will work the same way for this type of processor if the same OS is installed.
