Mysterious Problem with my laptop

i have hp dv6 7010tx with win 8.
the problem is with my fingerprint scanner n webcam.
they just randomly start or stop working every time i start my laptop !!
i have no idea what is causing this problem !!

Might be a virus problem. Install trial version of Kaspersky or Bit defender. Update virus definitions & run a full scan

Update the drivers as well.

See in Device Manager if any device is being reported to have missing drivers.
