my system has been hacked/pwned. how do i restore things back. PLEASE HELP

Hey, My system has been hacked or pwned. Because of it, am not able to see anything on my desktop and My Documents and other drives although, when I go to my computer, I do see that the disk is as much full as it was before it was hacked/pwned. i also do not see any icons in the quick launch area.

Although, if I go through the path in my computer, i do not see certain folders at all. like in, document and settings i do not see any Users, Administrators folders...similarly with others...

is there any way i can restore things back. Please guide me.

Naah! Your computer is not hacked at all, it's problem of viruses and spyware.

If you can't access anything at all, than take out your hard disk and connect it to your friends PC. Now scan with the following softwares:
