My keyboard is gone mad

New Pinch to me : Today I purchased a new keyboard.
Evey story have "but" me too......
Problem:
My two shift key work with specific keys only i.e. shift R + “a”= “a” give me small a while Shift L +”a”= “A”. while this do not happens to “Q” . but it happen to most of the alphabet. My number 2 work but it do not work with both the shift. Help Me

Narrow it down by doing these things -

Connect another keyboard (known to be working normally) to your computer. If it works properly, that indicates that the new kb is defective. If the other keyboard behaves the same way as the new one, something's wrong with your computer.

Connect the new keyboard to another computer. If it still behaves strangely, that pretty much confirms that it is defective. If it works normally, that strongly indicates that there's something wrong with your computer.
