Mainstream; 15" - 16" screen
3) What are the primary tasks you will be performing with this notebook?
Gaming, programming ( java, c, c++ and maybe some other languages). AutoCAD etc. Student related stuff and research.
5) Any typical configuration in your mind you're eying for ?
GPU should be powerful enough to play high end games at medium settings @1080p for 2-3 years.
4) Are there any brands that you prefer or any you really don't like?

I have the y50 and asus rog 950m in mind, but i dont want to buy any of these, y50 for the screen and rog for ddr3 gpu.
Also, I would like to know how much will it cost to import a laptop. I have clevo, y50 refresh on my mind.
Also 860m vs 960m?
