Hi,
I need to buy a Monochrome MFP for office purpose.

Budget- 6k
Features required- Print,Scan,Copy
Monthly Printout range- 200-400

Was looking at Ricoh.
Please suggest other options.

A multifunctional laser printer at 6k is a tough find, the cheapest I found was this Samsung SCX-3401 Monochrome Multi Function Laser Printer

Best and cheapest in long term is HP1005.
This will cost you 12-13k initially.
But it pays back in long term with its stability.
If you find a second hand then it is also a good option. Canon with similar model having 12A cartridge is also good option. Main thing is 12A cartridge. It is worth investing in this model than any other cartridge model. It is a proven technology with stability.

Don't go for cheap options.
They are not worth the investment.
