Multi Tool Kit

So, I wanted to buy a handy multi tool kit like the swiss army knife but I'm confused after seeing 10+ versions from Victorinox itself. Are there any other manufactures who offer same or better quality than Victorinox?

Need 15+ tools of daily use like knife (duh ), scissors, can opener, bottle opener, screwdriver, filer, nail clipper, peeler, (mini) flash light etc
Budget isn't a concern but would like to buy a total VFM product (the less costlier the better). Lifetime warranty would be good.

Edit: Please don't suggest pliers form factor.

Don't know why but it has a pair of 3-d glasses in the product pic.
Meanwhile, I'll also keep looking myself online. Can you recommend something from victorinox instead? Thing is I don't have any of their stores in my state so its becoming quite difficult for me to check them out personally.

Ordered 14 IN 1 Multi Functional Swiss Pocket Army Knife 100 Seller Guarantee | eBay for Rs 100 only.

Will see if it does the job. If not, will buy a Victorinox huntsman later this year.
