[Query] MSI Motherboard RMA

I have a MSI 970A G43 motherboard and its not working
However when I tried to submit it at either service center here (both handled by regenersis) in Mumbai (Andheri and Grant Road) they said that they only service MSI laptops
Where am I supposed to go for servicing my motherboard?
Even the official MSI site shows these service center only

I visited those only the ones in Mumbai
Both said they are only handling MSI laptops servicing and no motherboard

Just that they haven't started it as yet

Got a mail today saying they will start supporting components service from 15th November
Let's see what happens

Thanks for the info. As far as I remember they also handles Asus motherboard RMA. Anyway, looking at the current status of the MSI their RMA support is plain unprofessional.

Yea they currently handle ASUS,OnePlus and MSI Laptops service
