MP3 Player+Earphone....within 6000

Hi guys, want to buy a Mp3 player and a good pair of earphones.I think i will go for tekfusion twinwoofers which is around 1500 .So that leaves another 4500.Audio quality is my only priority.2GB of storage is enough for me.Please suggest a good MP3 player.....
