Moving windows 8 licence from one system to another

Hi

I purchased a laptop in 2009/10 with OEM (legal) windows vista basic.

I purchased "Windows 8 Pro RETAIL" during the launch offer period in DEC 2010 still have invoice etc. and installed on this laptop.

I gave for update when windows 8.1 was launched.

Now the windows 8.1 os has been prompting me to reserve my copy of windows 10 I do not think my current system will work properly with windows 10 (petium dual cpu T2330).

So I plan to buy a new system and move the operating system license to the new system and make the laptop ubanto.

My Question is how do i do it ?
Where do i download/get the IOS for windows.
Do i get Windows 8 or 8.1 since my license key was purchased for windows 8?

You should be able to move your license to your new PC and then upgrade to Win 10 without any issue. any untouched retail/trial copy of Windows 8 should do for ISO.

Advanced Tokens Manager should be able to backup your license and restore it in newer system.
