MOTO G or Nexus 4 ?

^^you haven't tried nexus 4 didn't you. Dual sim phones has a very little custom support and similar is what the case with moto g. Nexus 4 lived its life pretty well software wise and still a developers darling. I second you on pricing but still the phone is a nice device.

Most of the people are scared of rooting So Custom rom is out of question for most people.

well it is one point but once you managed to root it. It is a all of a different scenerio. In XDA toolkit provides the easiest software for rooting within few inputs. If you are buying nexus it is nearly certain that you will root it for knowing exactly what your device is capable of.

Moto G IMHO. The Nexus devices are great, but they are extremely fragile, unless you baby your phone it's a huge deal breaker.
