What's your location? I have a perfect ASRock mobo lying idle with me. It's in perfect working condition. It has 4 RAM slots and supports both DDR1 and DDR2 RAM.
Model is ASRock ConRoe-945G-DVI (name is pretty close to that, will have to check again). It even has an additional DVI card so that you can connect DVI monitor with it.
