Motherboard Dead

Hey guys, need some help from your side.
My motherboard M5A97 has died( 4 and a half year old) and my processor is FX8350.
I am not able to find any decent replacement for my Mobo.
Can you suggest a mobo?
or should I just upgrade my CPU & MOBO both ?
usage -- EA Games, virtualization( VMware, KVM, dual boot Linux and Win 10)
GFX - Zotac 960 4GB
PSU - Corsair TX650M
I might go to nehru place tomorrow, urgent reply would be helpful.

Keep in mind if you upgrade CPU and mobo, you'd need to upgrade ram as well.

Anyway suggest the best way forward?
I may spend 30k to 40k to upgrade the rig.
It should include cabinet as well.

Current gen CPUs support DDR4 ram. Your's is DDR3. It simply is not compatible.

78 LMT USB 3 can support 8350 but make sure you get a recently manufactured mobo & not some 2 years old manufacturing date stock clearing mobo.

Thanks man. I was able to find one in Nehru place.
Month of import shows Aug'17 and got it for 4800.
I'll probably replace the whole rig in next 6 months.

In next 6 months you will have lots of choices among Intel coffee lake & AMD Ryzen builds.
