Motherboard and processor within 11k

Hello everyone. Thank you for the replies you are going to post.

I am building a PC from scratch. I'll be playing all the games, recent and old, albeit at the lowest possible resolutions and all the eye candy turned off. This way I can control the budget. I've already gone in for the following components :-
HIS Radeon HD7750 1GB GDDR5 Graphics card
CoolerMaster Thunder 500W PSU
G.Skill Ripjaws 4GB DDR3 RAM

Please suggest me a good and compatible motherboard and processor combination withun 11k.

P.S.: The graphics card is a PCIe 3.0 card, if it matters.
