Xolo may definitely good , but the problems with these Chinese rebrands is that if something goes wrong with the phone , the service center experience will be quite harrowing .

How about XOLO BLACK from Flipkart?
Looks quite promising enough for such specs.

Looks promising given that Xolo usually changes stuff even on rebranded units instead of a simple rebadge
main issue will be after sales, camera(Mi4i has Exmor which is the best in android),quality(might be questionable , Xolo devices are generally better off than MMX though)
I think Mi4i is a safer bet because its proven its worth in the market and is a "known devil" of sorts

also SD615 is prone to overheat from what Ive seen on my friends D820
