Taking your condition I think there is only one phone which fits your needs, but is very costly. W950i.

if you are looking for a low end phone its j300.(but its really low end ie no btooth, not expandible(12mb internal), but has MP3 support on dat 12MB!!!!)But good audio quality for its price.
