Mobile screen types??

guys, I am confused about the mobile screen types I hear..
AMOLED display, IPS LCD, etc. which is the better?
and about the glass.. which is better, Dragontail glass, or (Corning) Gorilla glass,
and will there be any difference if I buy a mobile without any of the above glass protection?
will the basic screencover protection suffice?

IMO, pick an IPS LCD display with Gorilla Glass 3 (or higher) protection. Don't depend on screen guards.
