Mobile phone from USA

Hi friends,

One of my relatives is coming from USA, any suggestions which phone can be bought from there (preferably dual sim & 5G) upto 15k or any other thing to buy ?

Lower end phones are better in India. $500+ phones are cheaper in US vs India. So buy a Xiaomi or Realme or iQoo or Moto phone here.

Reason - Sales volumes. In India 8-20k smartphones sell a lot, so more competition & lower margin per phone, hence lower cost. Flagships don't move much volume here. In US it is the other way around, flagships sells a lot, because $1000 is not as valuable to Americans to say even what 35k is to Indians. Also higher taxes here.

It applies to many other higher end items as well, like a $200 headphone in US would be 20k here, so you can save like 4-5k buying from there. Similarly, Xbox controller is much cheaper there on sale vs here, so on.

But if you have a 15k budget for a phone, I doubt you would buy a 15k headphone. Maybe check out Amazon fire tab 8 without ads, decent tab for its price, much better than any budget tabs in India. Although compared to higher-end Fire tab 10+, better buy Realme Pad 10 in India for 18k.
