1. Budget?
And: 10-14k. Can extend a bit if worth it.

2. Display type and size?
Ans: touchscreen. 4.5" or larger

3. Dual sim?
Ans: yes, if available. Not a necessity

4. Preferred choice of brand?
Ans: Any

5. What camera option you want (flash, front facing camera)>
Ans: camera should be good. Flash should be present. Front camera should be present but is not a necessity.

6. Preferred operating system? (Android, iOS, Windows Phone, etc)?
Ans: Any- (Android, Windows).

7. Preferred connectivity options (3G, 4G ready)
Ans: 3G: yes. 4G: yes, if possible within my budget.

8. Primary use of handset (multimedia, camera, internet, gaming etc)
Ans: Quality Music(Sound quality should be best in range), Internet usage, camera, editing Microsoft Office files,gaming(within budget).

9. Any specific mobile phones in consideration?
Ans: lumia 730 , confused with ASUS phones,donno bout other phones

10. Any other info that you want to share?
Ans: the phone should be durable, have good loudspeakers, expandable memory,should have good battery life.

overall Lumia 730 ticks all your boxes especially camera ,battery life,office docs,music and screen
if you are keen on android,Moto G is good but frankly based on your needs i feel the 730 is a better option
as for apps and games nearly all are present on windows phone but id suggest checking out the windows phone store site for more info

Thanks guys for suggestion. I am not biased towards any OS (Android or Windows).
My first phone was android and second was windows.
So this time i want whatever the best comes in my range :).
