minimize program in sytem time area...

hi
how can i make my yahoo messanger be displayed in the area where system time is displayed rather then the place where prgrams upon minimization is displayed. as i keep Messanger active whole day, it just take a lot of space.
any help out. thanks in advance

just close the messenger, by hittin the cross, and it will be minimized to the tray

If I remember correctly, if you press the close (X) button of Yahoo Messenger, it will minimize to tray instead of exiting by default behaviour... There is also a software called Powermenu I think that is available as addon in AutoPatcher that allows you to minimize any application window to the tray...
