Microsoft .NET Framework before ATi Drivers Install

went 2 ati website 2 update my ati radeon 9200se drivers...it says

"You must have Microsoft .NET Framework installed prior to downloading and installing the Catalyst Control Center "

how do i check whether i have this or not....

will it help updating drivers from website like running for latest games like nfsmw etc. last time i attempted this made my pc unstable....i actually just installed new drivers without uninstalling previous ones...so wat shud i do now....wat do u recon?

Check this image, u must have both the framework and the hotfix

Update drivers only if reqd. not all time

thanx dude...didnt had idea....ok i have both

2ndly, shud i update my drivers or not....u saying "if required"...so how do i know its required or not? moreover all i can say is dat though 128mb radeon is there still games like doom3, most wanted, hl2 etc. do hangup a little wit medium or higher settings....n also i dun hv agp acceleration in my dxdiag(says not available)....games documents say ungrading my drivers is highly recomended....plz advice
